The deep roots of Jazz originate in Africa. It is this route that the five musicians of Tribal Jazz Project aim to explore… a tapestry of percussion and drums weaved into the fabric of the group. Saxophonist, writer and arranger Damien Prud’homme invites you into his world through his compositions: a delicate balance between melody and drum…
The album simply called “Tribal Jazz Project” is out in April 2009 on WPR Jazz.
